Since 1734, Domaine Monplézy has occupied an extremely privileged position on the Pézenas terroir, now a NATURA 2000 zone and a member of the League for the Protection of Birds. The vines are sunny and swept by the tramontane and the mistral. The scents of the garrigue bring the typicality of Mediterranean wines.
You can climb up to the estate, surrounded by 30 hectares of vines and scrubland, by the Chemin de Plaisance or the Chemin de la Mère des Fontaines. At the top, you will have a breathtaking view of the Canigou, Espinouze, Caroux and the Mediterranean.

For four generations, the Sutra de Germa - Gil family has been cultivating the vineyard. Each one of them has made a contribution. Christian, Benoit and Margot are dedicated to it today.
The respect of the organic charters for the vineyard as for the wine allows our terroir to express itself in the most natural way. Harvested by hand when fully ripe and placed in crates, the grapes are sorted to keep only the best. In Monplézy, you will find passionate winegrowers and rare wines, as much for their quality and balance as for their gourmet diversity.
